Please see below answers for those of you that have made bookings with us or gift vouchers from us.

 

Q1. You have gift vouchers are they still valid?

A1. Yes, all gift vouchers are still valid, our business is just closing temporarily and when we reopen you will be very welcome to use them with us. Also if your voucher expires whilst we are closed down we will extend the time it can be used by a further year.

Q2. You have made a reservation with us and fully pre-paid or partly pre-paid?  

A2. For all bookings that have been made with us between 5th November and 2nd December, we are asking all our customers to work with us and put there booking on hold until we are able to re-open. When we are in a position to rebook people, we will be allowing their reservation to be made for any date within the next 12 months.
