FAQ’s

Please see below answers for those of you that have made bookings with us or gift vouchers from us.

 

Q1. You have gift vouchers are they still valid?

A1. Yes, all gift vouchers are still valid, our business is just closing temporarily and when we reopen you will be very welcome to come to us with them. Also if your voucher expires whilst we are closed down we will extend the time it can be used by a further year.

Q2. You have made a reservation with us and fully pre-paid or partly pre-paid before the 14th May 2020.  

A2. For all bookings that have been made with us, we are asking all our customers to work with us and put there booking on hold until we are able to re-open. When we are in a position to rebook people, we will be allowing their reservation to be made for any date within the next 12 months. You will be able to move your booking to the same days of the week as the original reservation anytime within the new 12 months window. Or if you wish to stay on an upgraded rate or room then you will be able to do this at 50% off the supplement price. We understand this answer may not be the one people may want to hear, however as a small business this is the comprise we can offer to all those that have chosen to book a stay with us. By doing this we are also protecting our staff and all those customers who are understanding and want to visit when we are able to reopen.

 

All bookings made from the 14th May 2020 onwards will only be entitled to move there dates and any difference in price will have to be paid.
