If you are staying with us at the Cranleigh Hotel, please be aware we will be asking guests to provide us with a time they will be coming for breakfast when they check-in. This is required so that we can offer the required distancing at breakfast. We will also require a time slot for breakfast for all dates of stay if you are staying more than one night.

Yes, we do offer room service for drinks. You can find a drinks menu on ourGuest App under ‘Guest Information’ and then ‘Guest Drinks Menu’
Once you have chosen from our list of Champagne & Prosecco, please call one of our reception team members before 10.45 pm so that any drinks can be brought to your room.
Yes, you can add one of our romance packages on to your stay at the booking stage, or if you would like to add this on later, you can call us on 015394 43293 and one of our team will arrange a time for this to be placed in your room for you, either before you arrive or during your stay.

Yes and no! If you have booked a room in one of our Boutique Suites at the Cranleigh Boutique Hotel, you CAN request for your breakfast to be delivered to your room! However, if you are staying in one of our hotel rooms, breakfast is served in our breakfast room on the ground floor in our breakfast room.
