Your booking within the COVID-19 pandemic

Please make sure you have read in full the specific details of the rate you are booking with us, as our T&C’s do vary.

Should for any reason we chose or have to move your booking due to reasons beyond our control then we will get in contact with you immediately. Please be aware we can not guarantee that any extras that were included with a promotion or offer will be transferable (however, we will substitute these will comparable alternatives). Also if your stay is transferred to an alternative date we can not guarantee that the rate will not differ.

We also ask you to please check the government’s latest information relating to the Alert Levels and any specific advice and restriction relating to the tier which you are travelling from. It is important that we all abide by the legal conditions set out by the government.

Following on from the above, we would like to reconfirm that when you make your booking that you are doing so in line with the government’s COVID-19 regulations and if your situation changes then you will be responsible for contact us regarding your change in circumstances. You also agree, should we ask you to provide the full names and ‘home’ / ‘travel from’ addresses of all parties staying with us then you will do so. You understand should these not be provided then we hold the right to cancel your booking if require and no refund may be given.
