2020 was a crazy year, due to the… C-word! (Covid-19)
We’ve all had our ups and downs in the last year, but for us, we’ve been lucky enough to have more ups.
2020 saw more people staying in the UK visit the Lake District, instead of flying away abroad for the summer. This has meant we’ve been able to offer our boutique experience to new guests from across the country.

Embracing the unique
In 2020 we were able to the lockdown periods to revamp our reception & breakfast area,
offering a completely new experience to both new and returning guests.
After such great feedback, we’re continuing on our mission to embrace the unique as we revamp two of our previous rooms into a luxurious new suite at the Cranleigh Boutique Hotel with a bespoke designer & artist.
Keep your eyes peeled as we’ll be revealing this new suite in early 2021.
Special Occasions
If Covid-19 and lockdown has taught us anything, it’s that we should cherish every moment and celebrate any chance we get with our loved ones. We’ve missed welcoming our loved up newly engaged couples, or those still celebrating 30 years down the road, and know you miss celebrating just as much.
