• A deposit of 50% of the first night’s stay will be taken at the time of booking, this is non-refundable non-transferable
• Bookings made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged in full at the time of booking, non-refundable non-transferable

• Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a 100% remaining balance cancellation fee.

• For all Suites, the remaining balances will be pre-authorised 1 day prior to your arrival. If you wish for a different card to be used for this please contact our reception team
