The Utopia is located on the ground floor of our Church Suite residence. On arrival to our suites, you’ll find our suites are tucked quietly in the heart of Bowness on Windermere. They’re also located just a minute’s walk from Bowness Bay and stunning & picturesque views of Lake Windermere.
Our Church Suite guests also receive complimentary car parking, just a couple of minute’s walk at our main hotel building.

“Where do we even start… We stayed in one of the Church Suites, the Opulence Suite. From check-in to check out we had a WONDERFUL experience. The room was spotless, minibar well stocked, staff at reception really nice and friendly. The room is a 2-minute walk from the lake and all restaurants and cafes. The room was beyond our expectations! We thought the pictures online were just well taken and the room might have been a little bit less beautiful than reality… we were VERY wrong, the room is even better than we could possibly imagine! Definitely going back and we very warmly recommend.“
