 Wow – The Cranleigh never disappoints! This is our third time in which we have stayed here, we have stayed in the Opulence suite, Luxury room 14 and then we have just stayed in Suite 10. The rooms we have stayed in are all beautiful. The staff are always exceptionally friendly too! I love the location as it’s right near their restaurant BAHA and bar (The Fizzy Tarte) – which are both amazing too. We also booked as part of the Wintermacy package, which meant we got a complimentary bottle of champagne and rose petals on the bed. A lovely touch! Overall, very happy and we will definitely return!

“What a lovely hotel, we stayed in the Passion Suite for 3 nights and everything was perfect from the moment we got there, reception staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The room was beautiful, classy and attention to detail from the lighting to the fabrics. Comfy extra-large bed, slippers, robes, chocolate and bubbly all good quality. We bought the Wintermacy offer which gave us chocolates, bubbly, afternoon tea for 2 and a lake cruise, fantastic price and worth every penny! We will come to this hotel again for a special occasion and would definitely recommend.”
