• A £100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is taken at the time of booking.

• Full prepayment is required 14 days prior to arrival. If this amount is not obtained the reservation will be cancelled and the £100 deposit forfeited.

• Stays made within 2 weeks of arrival, full pre-payment at the time of booking, non-refundable, non-transferable.

• Please note all cancellations must be noted in writing either by email or letter to the hotel, which
will be acknowledged on receipt.

• We do not accept cancellation via the telephone.
