On arrival you’ll find our suites are tucked quietly in the heart of Bowness on Windermere.

stunning & picturesque views of Lake Windermere.
Church Suite guests also receive complimentary car parking,
just a couple of minute’s walk at our main hotel building.

The big glass bathroom in the middle of the room was out of this world. I was so impressed with the room from start to finish and just to make it a little more special my husband had ordered champagne, a single red rose, chocolates, candles and a cuddly toy for me and they were waiting in the room for me when I arrived. Where do I start…..
We stayed in the Fantasy Suite (Cranleigh Church Suites) and I have to say I was speechless from the moment I walked in. It was the absolute height of luxury and indulgence. I really did feel like a Queen. The photos online do not do this just one bit.
Everything is controlled with an IPAD or switches, even the blinds, and the tap in the bathroom sink is touchscreen.
The suite has three televisions, one in the lounge, one in the bedroom and the other in the bathroom. This was perfect after a day exploring Windermere. I was able to relax in the bath with a glass of Prosecco and watch a film from the extensive film library provided. They even provide a range of glasses, some of which are plastic, so you can safely use them to have a drink while enjoying the luxury of the gigantic bath.
The complimentary mini bar full of goodies, food, alcohol and soft drinks, was a lovely touch.
I am already planning my next visit!
Absolute Bliss! Myself and my husband are heading home this morning after a two night stay in the Fantasy suite and what can I say……the place is amazing! It’d take me all day to comment on everything the suite has to offer but the highlights for us would have to be the iPad that you use to control the lighting, music, and tv, the huge bathroom with tv and under floor heating, the bedroom with stunning decor and the most comfortable bed and pillows. Plus the added extras, including robes and slippers, toiletries and a complimentary mini bar that is stocked with vodka, Bacardi, whisky, soft drinks, chocolate etc was greatly appreciated. Also the fact that the suites are located right in the heart of Bowness (opposite St Martin’s church) meant that we could pop back whenever we wanted and the restaurants and shops that we visited were practically on our doorstep, which just made things so much easier. One last thing. The staff were amazing, very friendly and they couldn’t do enough for you, we will most definitely be booking again in the future.

We stayed for one night and wish we had stayed longer. Beautiful and very clean suite, all the staff were polite and helped us with all the information. We stay at the Fantasy Suite and it is very nice. We will come back for sure.
