How to contact our reception team via
the Guest App ‘Mews Chat’

One of the easiest ways to contact us is now through our MEWS Navigator ‘Mews Chat’.
Exclusively for guests currently staying at the Cranleigh Boutique, and those with future reservations, it allows for quick & easy communication with our reception team.

 

OPTION 1.

Simply open the Cranleigh Boutique App and click on the MEWS NAVIGATOR option underneath ‘Manage your stay’

One the page has loaded, click the ‘Chat with us’ button. This will open a live chat linked straight our the reception team. You can then use this to talk to our team about any queries you may have.

 

1. Open the Cranleigh Boutique App & click on Mews Navigator.

2. Click the ‘Chat with us’ Button

 

3. Send your query to our reception team by typing in the box.

 

OPTION 2.

Whilst it is highly recommended you download our App to enjoy a range of guest benefits and information for your stay, there is a way in which you can access our ‘Mews Chat’ without it.

Once you have a reservation, you will be sent an email confirmation which will include a ‘Chat with us’ button.  This will take you straight to our reception team’s live chat. You can use this to talk to our team about any queries you may have.


1. Open your confirmation email.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the email until you see the ‘Chat with us’ button.

3. Send your query to our reception team by typing in the box.

 

Please note: Our team will aim to respond as soon as possible, however, should they not respond straight away it is possible to leave the app and come back to the live chat to see if your question has been answered at a later time.
