HELLO AGAIN!
It’s my first shift as ‘Chief Tester’ and today’s shift includes
ensuring our reception team are delivering the 5* service that is highly complimented by our guests.
I have been highly impressed by our new hotel manager Emese.
She has the patience of a saint and works incredibly hard!
I would go so far to say she works as hard as myself
when I worked tirelessly as ‘Chief Bed Tester’.
Throughout the day I immersed myself in the role of the reception team
and escorted some lovely ladies to their rooms.
(PS. Mrs. Huggie, if you’re reading this, it is NOT what it sounds like. You know I’ve always dreamt of being a concierge!)
