50% of 1st night stay, will be taken as a Non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a 100% remaining balance cancellation fee. For all Suites the remaining balances will be pre-authorised
1 day prior to your arrival. If you wish for a different card to be used for this, please contact our reception team.
Food vouchers have no monetary value, and change will not be given if full voucher is not used. Vouchers are for food only and cannot be used for drinks.

If your booking is for Church Suites, Breakfast is served at The Cranleigh Boutique each morning.
All rates include complimentary car parking – car parking is available at the Cranleigh Boutique, If you are staying at Church Suites, the car park is a 5-minute walk from the suites, you can drop off your luggage at the suites, prior to parking your car.
