RATE DETAILS
This rate applies to the Utopia suite, Opulence suite, Fantasy suite & Indulgence suite.
Save 20% on Best available room only rate per night.
Includes complimentary Mini bar (stocked only on arrival).

Complimentary Spa Pass - Off site spa (Ro Hotel).
Book 3 days prior to arrive to secure the rate.
Rate is available Sunday – Thursday only in July, August & September 2025.
DEPOSIT
50% of 1st night stay, will be taken as a Non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a 100% remaining balance cancellation fee.
For all Suites the remaining balances will be pre-authorized 3 days prior to your arrival. If you wish for a different card to be used for this, please contact our reception team. If the pre-authorization fails, we reserve the right to re-sell the accommodation.
Please note: Breakfast can be added to your reservation at £16.95 Per person (served at the Cranleigh Boutique Hotel).
Upon your arrival, we will pre-authorize your card for £200.00 to cover any potential mishaps or damages during your stay. This amount will be held as a security deposit and will be released on your departure day, once the room has been inspected and no issues are found. Please note that this is a temporary hold and will not be charged unless necessary.

DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation will be taken at time of booking.
Remaining balance will be taken 14 days prior to arrival, any cancellations after 14 days will not be refunded, unless we resell the space.

This amount will be held as a security deposit and will be released on your departure day, once the room has been inspected and no issues are found.
