Inclusive of Bed and Breakfast & a complimentary mini bar (stocked on arrival)

• Rates from £194.00 per night – January to March

• Rate is subject to availability and may carry a length of stay restriction.

• Rate can be withdrawn at any time.

• Breakfast is served at The Cranleigh Boutique Hotel.

DEPOSIT

• 50% of 1st night stay, will be taken as a Non-refundable deposit at time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a 100% remaining balance cancellation fee.

For all Suites the remaining balances will be pre-authorized 3 days prior to your arrival. If you wish for a different card to be used for this, please contact our reception team. If the pre-authorization fails, we reserve the right to re-sell the accommodation.

Upon your arrival, we will pre-authorize your card for £200.00 to cover any potential mishaps or damages during your stay. This amount will be held as a security deposit and will be released on your departure day, once the room has been inspected and no issues are found. Please note that this is a temporary hold and will not be charged unless necessary.
