“When I arrived the check-in process was quick and easy, the lovely ladies in the reception offered help as I had a lot to prepare before my partner’s arrival. We stayed in luxury room 14 and it really was absolutely stunning, lovely and clean too! Everything was perfect! The spa was stunning and easy to book into, we had a meal at Baha and lovely afternoon tea in the Fizzy Tarte! “Fabulous hotel, great service, helpful and informative. Lovely room 14 relaxing spa bath with tv in bathroom, separate shower which was excellent. Large TV with Netflix in the room. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Short walk to spa and pool 2 minutes away. Few minutes walk to the lakefront and shops, bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend this hotel. “

“What a beautiful two night stay away! The decor is lovely, the bed is comfy, and the staff are the friendliest around. My boyfriend and I stayed in luxury room 14 which was an absolute delight, big bed, cozy room and a spa bath! Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and we were made to feel very welcome. Great selection at breakfast and only a short walk to the local cuisine. I would definitely recommend visiting this place. Reasonably priced for what you get too! “

Beautiful getaway in a beautiful place! We stayed in room 14 and it was truly gorgeous! The breakfast was delicious! Plus it’s in the perfect location! (only a 2 minute walk into the hustle and bustle of Windermere). Couldn’t fault anything, I will definitely be recommending to everyone and I will definitely be booking again! ❤️
Me and my partner stayed for 3 nights ( room 14). Had the most amazing time. Room was lovely and cosy. Bathroom had underfloor heating, complimentary toiletries and a super spa bath with TV. Staff on reception and at breakfast were so friendly. The breakfasts were deliciously, especially the eggs benedict. Part of the wintermacy offer, we had lake windermere cruise tickets and an afternoon tea at the Fizzy Tarte which was lovely too, took advantage of the 10% at the Fizzy Tarte and indulged in mulled wine and rum hot chocolate. All in all, a fabulous hotel, lovely and chilled place to escape to.

I booked this a couple of months ago for my partners birthday that was coming up in October, I wanted it to be absolutely perfect, every time I rang with a question they were more than helpful! When I arrived the checking in process was quick and easy, I was able to enter the room slightly earlier than check-in as it had been cleaned and was ready for us, the lovely ladies in the reception offered help as I had a lot to prepare before my partner’s arrival. We stayed in luxury room 14 and it really was absolutely stunning, lovely and clean too! I was a little nervous having read some of the reviews prior, however it’s safe to say you can completely disregard the negative reviews. Everything was perfect, and everything they said would be included was, just as long as you book through the Cranleigh themselves! The spa was stunning and easy to book into, we had a meal at Baha and lovely afternoon tea in the Fizzy Tarte! The reception team were lovely, both ladies who were there during our stay are a credit to the hotel, especially the lady who likes giraffes (apologies for not getting her name), we will definitely be returning thanks to the lovely welcome we got off everyone right from the off! Thank you all so much for making our stay perfect we can’t wait to come back and hopefully stay in one of the suites very soon!
