“Lovely Boutique hotel. Very stylish and well maintained. Ideal location close to lakeside and restaurants. We stayed in which has its own lovely little veranda. The room was immaculate upon arrival and the bathroom was very clean. The bathroom is very modern and the spa bath itself is epic. The dining area and reception were also very clean and well presented. A good variety of choices for breakfast was well cooked and very tasty. “Beautifully decorated”
“Had a fantastic stay here in the Passion Suite. The room is beautifully decorated, with added bling & mood lighting. The bathroom was indulgent with a double bath and tv at the end of the bath, complete with changeable colour lighting everywhere. We loved it! It was also great to have private access (without going through the hotel) and outdoor seating. Ordered a pot of tea to the room at 10pm, which came very quickly. We didn’t have the energy to work out how the drinks machine worked and fancied fresh milk. The staff were very friendly and the communication prior to our stay was brilliant. An added bonus was a 10% discount at various bars and restaurants around town.“

“What a lovely hotel, we stayed in the Passion Suite for 3 nights and everything was perfect from the moment we got there, reception staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The room was beautiful, classy and attention to detail from the lighting to the fabrics. Comfy extra-large bed, slippers, robes, chocolate and bubbly all good quality. The bathroom had a T.V above a double-sized jacuzzi bath with mood lighting and underfloor heating. We will come to this hotel again for a special occasion and would definitely recommend.“

We stayed in the Passion Suite, fantastic experience, lovely friendly staff, plus a visit to the fizzy Tarte, fine details such as a bottle of fizzy, and spirit drinks were lovely and even a gift on leaving,we will definitely be returning.
What a lovely hotel, we stayed for 3 nights and everything was perfect from the moment we got there, reception staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The room was beautiful, classy and attention to detail from the lighting to the fabrics. Comfy extra-large bed, slippers, robes, chocolate and bubbly all good quality. The bathroom had a T.V above a double-sized jacuzzi bath with mood lighting and underfloor heating. We bought the wintermacy offer which gave us the chocolates, bubbly, afternoon tea for 2 and a lake cruise, fantastic price and worth every penny. We went for my 50th birthday because I have always wanted to try this boutique hotel and while there my partner proposed so this hotel will now always be special to us. The afternoon tea was at the Fizzy Tarté and was tasty and was lovely to be included in the price. My bestie and her husband came to stay in the hotel one of the nights and they said their room was really nice. Breakfast was included, good choices and the staff very helpful. We made use of the spa just 5 minutes away which was included in the price. Everywhere within the hotel was covid safe and clean. Anyone staying must buy a huggie teddy bear and one of the Cranleigh robes, they were good quality and value for money, the huggie would be lovely if it had a Cranleigh robe on. We will come to this hotel again for a special occasion and would definitely reccommend.
