“Nothing was too much trouble”
“We stayed here as a belated anniversary trip and it was fantastic. We stayed in one of the superior rooms (no. 8) and it was lovely. The bed was so comfy! The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and everything was fresh and well cooked. The biggest positive for this hotel is the staff, from checkout to added extras in our room, nothing was too much trouble. Really polite and friendly they’re a credit to the hotel! Another bonus was the 10% discounts at Baha and Lake View which we used, a perfect end to the weekend. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely return!”

“This was our 3rd stay at the Cranleigh, this time in Room 8. We love the Cranleigh, it’s our favourite hotel in the whole of Bowness especially with it being so close to the centre of town. We of course paid a visit to Baha to take advantage of the website discount. We didn’t eat but enjoyed the amazing cocktails. The breakfast was as good as ever and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and will try out one of the other amazing rooms. Many thanks“

“We booked Superior Room 8 which was absolutely gorgeous, there are rooms to suit all tastes. Luxury toiletries as well as handmade chocolates in the room. Little things like a Bose speaker, electric blinds, plenty of tea and coffee make all the difference. The breakfast was freshly cooked with very high-quality ingredients. You can use the Spa in the hotel next door which unfortunately we didn’t have time for. Fantastic location, 5-minute walk to the lake with free parking. You can order drinks from room service but no food. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.”

We’ve just got back from a two night stay at this stunning hotel. We stayed in superior room 8, right at the top of the hotel and it was amazing. Lovely comfy bed, a cute bathroom with amazing underfloor heating (great for walking on barefoot!), a really relaxed at,osphere room. We took advantage of the complimentary afternoon tea in The Fizzy Tarte but ran out of time to use the lake boat tickets. The breakfasts are outstanding and the staff can’t do enough for you – even letting you know how they get the reception area to smell so nice! We will definitely be back to visit Michaela and the team

The hotel itself is nicely decorated and the room had everything we needed, it was quite hot when we stayed so we requested a fan and it was in our room when we got back.

A wonderful stay at the Cranleigh for my anniversary and the room was amazing. Staff went out of their way to make it extra special! Breakfast the following morning was very nice also. Would definitely book here again for another special occasion.
