“Just come home from a 2 night stay in Luxury Room 5 for my partners 40th birthday. The room was amazing, the bed was big and soooo comfy, very clean and spacious. Spa facilities down the road are luxurious. Amazing service from a particular receptionist(gutted I didn’t get her name) she was lovely and very welcoming at check-in and helped us with any queries we had. Highly recommend, will definitely be back.“

“We stayed for 2 nights in luxury room 5. Check-in was smooth, our room was ready and we weren’t disappointed. Lovely clean room, spacious and lovely bathroom. Bed really comfortable and modern decor. We went straight to the Fizzy Tart where we had afternoon tea which was included. Breakfast was also excellent each morning, I had the full Cumbrian which was delicious. Location is more or less in centre of Bowness so ideal location and we would stay here again.“
