Dinner and pre dinner cocktail are for arrival night only and cannot be transferred to 2nd night.

Dinner is based on a set 2 course, choice, BAHA menu upgrades are available and are payable on the evening at BAHA.

Pre-dinner Cocktail includes a classic Cocktail per person.

Breakfast is served at the Cranleigh Boutique for Church Suites customers.

Complimentary off site spa pass is for the use of the spa only and does not include treatments, these can be booked directly with Spa.

Rates may go up depending on room availability as the discount is based on Best available rate.

For Church Suites, 50% of the first night’s stay will be taken as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a 100% remaining balance cancellation fee. For all Suites the remaining balances will be pre-authorised 3 days prior to your arrival. If you wish for a different card to be used for this, please contact our reception team. If the pre-authorisation fails, we reserve the right to re-sell the accommodation.

Upon your arrival, we will pre-authorise your card for £200.00 to cover any potential mishaps or damages during your stay. This amount will be held as a security deposit and will be released on your departure day, once the room has been inspected and no issues are found. Please note that this is a temporary hold and will not be charged unless necessary.

Parking is available at the Cranleigh Boutique, you can drop your luggage off at the Church Suites, prior to parking at the Cranleigh, which is a five-minute walk.
