50% of 1st night stay will be taken as a non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a 100% remaining balance cancellation fee.
Remaining balances will be pre-authorised 1 day prior to arrival (contact reception to use a different card). Suites Only.
Food vouchers have no monetary value; change will not be given if the full value of the voucher is not used, and vouchers are for food only — not drinks. Voucher can’t be used in conjunction with any other promotion/guest discount or offer.
