TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The rate is inclusive of Bed & Full English Breakfast & £20.00 voucher is per person per stay & can be used against food only.
- The DEPOSIT is 50% of 1st night stay, will be taken as a Non-refundable deposit at time of booking.

A non-refundable deposit equal to the first night’s accommodation will be taken at time of booking for the Hideout House and the remaining balance will be taken 14 days prior to arrival, any cancellations after 14 days will not be refunded, unless we resell the space.
- CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a 100% remaining balance cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable. Booking & deposit can be moved once during the promotion period January – March, a £15.00 administration fee will apply. For all Suites the remaining balances will be pre-authorised 1 day prior to your arrival. If you wish for a different card to be used for this, please contact our reception team.
- New bookings only valid for stays between 02.01.2024 – 28.03.2024
- Rate is available Sunday – Thursday & is subject to room & rate availability; some dates may carry a minimum length of stay.
- If the rate is closed you will be offered the Best available rate.
- Vouchers can be redeemed at The Fizzy Tarte, Lake View Garden Bar or Baha
- The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any additional offer, promotion rate or discount at the venues.
- The voucher has no monetary value and change will not be given if the full voucher is not used.
