How paying for your room works

Depending on how you booked with us will depend on how much you pay when you book and how much you will pay when you arrive or depart.

 

How much you’ll pay before you arrive

All our rates are individual but in the T&C’s for each rate is the amount that is required as a booking deposit. The deposit is the amount that will need to be paid on booking to secure your reservation. You can see what this amount is when you visit our booking engine or look at one of our offer pages. We list the deposit details in the T&Cs of every rate very clearly. If for some reason there is no deposit for the rate and you have a question then please feel free to give us a call. 

 

When do I pay the remaining balance for my booking

We have a variety of properties available and with this, we have some variations in how we complete remainder & final payments. Please see below the details for each of our accommodations.

 

Cranleigh Boutique Hotel

If you are staying at the Cranleigh Boutique Hotel then the remainder of your balance will be required when you in-check. Then if you have any room expenses these will be charged to your card on check out.

 

The Boutique Church Suites

If you are staying at the Boutique Church Suites then the remainder of your balance will be required when you in-check. Then if you have any room expenses these will be charged to your card on check out.

 

The Hideout House

With the hideout house being a self-catering property we require the remainder of the booking total 14 days prior to arrival. We will contact you to collect this payment.

 

Bon Vivant Smart Villa

With Bon Vivant being a self-catering property we require the remainder of the booking total 14 days prior to arrival. We will contact you to collect this payment.

 

Security Deposits

Due to the high-end nature of our accommodation, we do require security deposits for certain properties.

 

Bon Vivant Smart Villa

Upon check-in, we will require a £300.00 security deposit. This payment will be refunded back to your card in  7 days after you have departed with us, Should the house be left in the same condition as you found it upon arrival.
